A’Nayah M. has been a proud member of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Monterey County since 2014. As the eldest sibling in her family, A’Nayah had to be a leader at home and embraced this role with strength and grace, inspiring her younger siblings to work hard at school. With a remarkable 4.1 GPA, A’Nayah has shown what it means to be a well-rounded individual—excelling academically while giving back to her community and holding down a part-time job with the City of Seaside. A’Nayah’s hard work has paid off, as she has been accepted into several prestigious colleges, including Fresno State, Cal State Monterey Bay, San Jose State, Sacramento State and Southern University and will be attending CSU Sacramento, where she will major in Nursing. In addition to her academic and work accomplishments, A’Nayah has brought her passion for cheerleading to the Club, where she led a cheer camp that uplifted and energized younger members. As she prepares to begin her next chapter, we have no doubt that A’Nayah will continue to accomplish great things. Her future is bright, and the best is yet to come.
