Ron has served as President & CEO of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Monterey County for the past 5 years. With a passion for mentoring youth, he has been part of the organization since 1992. Before joining the club, Ron spent 3 years as a financial advisor and played 5 seasons in the NFL with the Philadelphia Eagles, bringing a diverse range of experiences to his leadership role.

Ann is a CPA, has been Chief Financial Officer for BGCMC since 2012 and has over 30 years of experience in accounting and finance for non-profit organizations.  She sees her financial management role as a critical support to the achievement of BGCMC's mission. Ann is an avid mystery reader and enjoys the outdoors.

Beth has spent the past 8 years at the BBGCMC, focused on special events and campaigns. With a lifelong passion for event planning, she earned her degree in Special Events Management from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo. Before joining BGCMC, Beth worked for CLM, a company that produced prestigious events such as Pebble Beach Food & Wine and Los Angeles Food & Wine. She lives in Pacific Grove with her husband and their two sporty boys.

Jill comes to BGCMC with over 25 years of advertising and marketing experience spanning from NYC to SF. Jill has worked on such brands as Visa, Clorox, Dixie Paper Products and Campbell's Soup. She used to volunteer at the Seaside Club in high school and has a true passion for the BGCMC brand and mission. Jill is a Monterey Peninsula native, has 2 daughters and lives in Carmel.

Nikki has been a part of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Monterey County since 2005 working in all program departments from education to sports. She is a Club alumna from the Boys & Girls Clubs of Santa Cruz and is passionate about educating & working with youth, helping them be successful in whatever they hope to achieve.

Marlene has been working in youth development for over 35 years. Effective in 2009, Marlene became the Unit Director of the Seaside Clubhouse. Marlene's experience and expertise focuses on Club culture, wellness, academic success, and civic engagement with the youth and families of the Seaside community.

Jose’s purview is the operation and youth development services at the BGCMC Salinas Clubhouse. José has served in various positions in the organization since 2005 that include Program, Development and Community Relations. In 2018 he became the Unit Director for the Salinas Clubhouse.  José’s professional experience ranges from youth development, banking industry, Parent Education, and business owner. He is a published poet, songwriter and performer.

Tom brings over 30 years of experience from running his own companies and a background in graphic and industrial design. He pioneered patented imaging technologies used in exhibit and architectural projects for organizations such as the Monterey Bay Aquarium, 3form, Disney and Lincoln Center. His dedication to youth spans over 25 years of coaching soccer at Seaside High School and Salinas Valley Youth Soccer League.
