Empowering

Monterey County Youth Since 1968

At the Boys & Girls Clubs of Monterey County, our mission is clear:
To inspire and empower youth to realize their full potential as responsible, healthy, productive, and successful citizens.

Every day, our trained youth development professionals welcome hundreds of children into a safe, supportive, and engaging environment where they receive mentorship, guidance, and access to transformative programs. We serve as a second home—where kids are seen, heard, and celebrated.

Our Vision

Every child we serve will:

  • Perform at or above grade level

  • Graduate from high school

  • Complete college, trade school, or workforce training

  • Earn a livable wage and give back to their community

We operate two Clubhouses and 15 school day partnership sites in Monterey County that collectively serve over 500 children each weekday.
