That’s what our membership clerk asked your child today when they showed up without their permanent Boys & Girls Club membership card. This courtesy
notice explains our new policy.
We require all members to present their permanent card at the front counter in order to be admitted into the Clubhouse.
Please work with us to help your child practice responsible behavior by
reminding them to be “card carrying” members at all times. We are making a concerted effort to get every member into the habit of carrying their permanent card with them whenever they visit Boys & Girls Clubs.
The only exception is new members issued temporary cards until their permanent cards are made (3-4 days). All other members must present their permanent card. If a member’s permanent card is lost, it can be replaced immediately for a $1 processing fee. Parents will be notified immediately and given the option of picking up their child or paying the $1 card replacement fee. Thank you for your cooperation. The Management
