Directors –Directors are responsible for outstanding management of BGCMC's award winning programs throughout the organization, including program development and implementation, staff supervision and training, and resource management.

Specialists - Experienced youth development professionals are sought to supervise and implement high-quality, fun youth development programming resulting in youth being inspired, informed and prepared to graduate high school and pursue post-secondary education and career development necessary to fulfill their potential.
CURRENT OPPORTUNITIES – FULL-TIME/PART-TIME (40/30 hours)
CURRENT OPPORTUNITIES – PART-TIME
Part-time youth development professional opportunities are available for up to 25 hours per week to serve as positive role models and activity leaders for youth ages 6-18 after-school (generally between 3pm-7pm) and during school breaks (generally between 8am-6pm).
