Make a living and a difference: Join the Boys & Girls Clubs of Monterey County’s outstanding team of youth development professionals and assist Monterey County youth to realize their full potential!

Coordinators –Coordinators are responsible for outstanding management of BGCMC’s award winning programs throughout the organization, including program development and implementation, staff supervision and training, and resource management.

CURRENT OPPORTUNITIES - SUPERVISORS

Specialists - Experienced youth development professionals are sought to supervise and implement high-quality, fun youth development programming resulting in youth being inspired, informed and prepared to graduate high school and pursue post-secondary education and career development necessary to fulfill their potential.

Lead Program Assistants – Experienced youth development professionals are wanted to join our team to provide outstanding supervision of staff and programming that makes a difference for our youth.

CURRENT OPPORTUNITIES – PART-TIME

Part-time youth development professional opportunities are available for up to 25 hours per week to serve as positive role models and activity leaders for youth ages 6-18 after-school (generally between 3pm-7pm) and during school breaks (generally between 8am-6pm).
